    Well-known real estate law firm in Walnut Creek seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with landlord/tenant expertise. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable team and support high-volume real estate litigation matters with a clear path to full-time employment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with case management, docketing, and file organization

    + Handle discovery, including propounding, responding, and document production

    + Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial binders

    + Draft pleadings, notices, and routine legal documents

    + Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed

    + Maintain accurate billing records

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of real estate litigation or landlord/tenant paralegal experience

    + Strong case management, discovery, and trial prep skills

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

    + Proficiency with litigation support tools and Microsoft Office

    + Ability to work on-site in Walnut Creek
