    Associate Financial Planner | Boutique Wealth Management Firm | San Francisco | Hybrid - Mostly Remote | $100-150k Base + Bonus

     

    The firm serves high-net-worth clients, including executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The firm delivers tailored, results-driven strategies that go beyond traditional investing, helping clients focus on what matters most.

     

    This role offers hands-on experience with complex financial planning, close mentorship from an experienced advisor, and clear growth opportunities. Compensation includes bonuses, profit sharing, 401(k) matching, and health benefits in a collaborative, intellectually engaging environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare financial analyses covering retirement, estate, education, and equity compensation.

    + Conduct risk and performance reviews to support client plans.

    + Analyze unique client scenarios and recommend strategic solutions.

    + Prepare meeting materials, research portfolios, and monitor client financials.

    + Assist with projections and complex planning projects.

    Requirements

    + 4-8+ years in financial services; wealth management or RIA experience preferred.

    + Familiarity with eMoney or similar tools;

    + CFP® preferred

    + Strong communication, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset.
