Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This is a contract position designed for a candidate with expertise in financial operations, reporting, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will excel in month-end close activities and demonstrate strong analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee monthly financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including reporting packages, to support business decisions.

• Utilize OneStream to streamline financial data management and reporting.

• Perform detailed journal entries and reconciliations during month-end close activities.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with J-SOX requirements and internal controls.

• Analyze percentage of completion for manufacturing projects and ensure accurate revenue recognition.

• Maintain and update pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for financial tracking and reporting.

• Support the preparation of financial data for audits and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure financial operations align with manufacturing industry standards and practices.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role.

• Proficient in OneStream for financial reporting and data management.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry financial processes, including percentage of completion.

• Expertise in month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

• Familiarity with J-SOX compliance and internal control procedures.

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data accurately.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
