Job Duties and Responsibilities

The IT Boost Mobile Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be a key contributor to the Boost IT Product and Portfolio team; a highly-motivated group responsible for managing the engagement between Boost IT and multiple business units in an effort to deliver technology solutions that align with strategic company objectives. The BRM serves as a trusted advisor to multiple business units and provides strategic consulting as the primary point-of-contact and interface between Boost IT and key business stakeholders. Provide support throughout the lifecycle of strategic IT projects while responsible for intake and prioritization of projects and project requests.
The BRM will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding the business value of new IT project requests, IT portfolio management, and supporting senior members of the team in achieving desired results through the delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in relationship management, consulting or business development within a technical discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own the end-to-end project intake pipeline from submission to approval, facilitating triage with stakeholders and enforcing qualification criteria.
+ Champion continuous process improvement and governance standards across the IT Portfolio
+ Lead the design and optimization of ServiceNow and Jira, driving automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data flow.
+ Define and distribute standard portfolio health metrics and reports while conducting in-depth analysis on performance, risks, and root causes for delays.
+ Develop and maintain robust process documentation, training guides, and standards to support the Portfolio team and broader organization.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ BA/BS in a business or a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, accounting) and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Project experience utilizing Agile project methodologies for technical or software development
+ Experience interfacing and communicating with Executives in relation to Information Technology Projects
+ Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven ability to manage and own a critical business process (e.g., project intake, demand management).
+ Expertise in administering, configuring, or optimizing workflows.
+ Strong analytical, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
