Work You'll Do

+ Support the development, refinement, and documentation of exercise-related campaign plans, concepts, and supporting products

+ Participate in planning conferences, workshops, and coordination events, ensuring integration of warfare development themes and priorities

+ Assist in implementing and refining Audacious Training Lines of Effort (enhancing realism, leveraging new technology/innovation, and acting on lessons learned)

+ Support identification, refinement, and documentation of program themes and activities

+ Support after-action review (AAR) and lessons-learned processes, drafting formal reports and recommendations

+ Contribute to the development of rolling programs of work for training and related initiatives

+ Coordinate with client entities, partners, and external stakeholders as required to track, consolidate, and report on branch contributions

Our Forensic, Discovery, & Financial Crime offering provides services to support anti-money laundering, discovery, business disputes and investigations. Protect brands from financial crime and other corporate misconduct, as well as enable government organizations with tradecraft & technology to combat emerging and evolving threats.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Active Secret security clearance required

+ Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.

+ 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Strategic Design, and Project Management functions supporting security and training exercises

Preferred:

+ Strong technical writing and communication skills

+ Masters degree

+ Experience maintaining records, schedules, and documentation repositories

+ Experience in federal government consulting
