We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to deliver support to our General Manager while gaining hands-on experience across business operations and human resources
What You'll Do:
Administrative Excellence:
• Maintain accurate employee records and files
• Prepare and manage onboarding documentation
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
• Support special projects and research initiatives
• Oversee office supply ordering and general administrative tasks
HR Administration:
• Post job openings and review incoming resumes
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Guide new hires through benefits enrollment and onboarding
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance documentation

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous administrative experience
• Intermediate Spanish language skills preferred
• Interest in developing HR expertise
