Purpose and Scope:
The Supply Superintendent Serves as the Holloman Site Specific Material Management superintendent overseeing all DOLIs, inventors and receiving. Performs mission/resource analysis coordinates with supply, maintenance and transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard within required timelines. Position reports to the Site Manager. Ensure operations and facilities are adequate to support the site. Ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Participate fully in the management of the USAF Supply process.
+ Formulate policies, concepts, and procedures to ensure that an effective supply operation is maintained using personnel and equipment.
+ Manage and operate a central supply warehouse.
+ Obtain, temporarily store, and issue all supplies for construction, and facility maintenance and repair.
+ Receive, inspect, process, store, issue, turn-in and exercise control over all incoming supplies at the warehouse.
+ Oversight of assets, material, and property control activities to ensure continuous accountability of government assets/stocks (BEAR, FSE, AGE, MAAS) in accordance with governing regulations and policies.
+ Assisting the logistics team in resolving equipment configuration questions and ensuring parent/child relationships are accurately reflected on the property record.
+ Maintain 100% accountability over inventories of all government assets/stocks (UTCs).
+ Manage government material, assets, and asset control and ensure supplies are maintained to provide constant support to the program.
+ Maintain control of government-accountable property records and constantly monitor consumable supply usage rates and reorder trigger points.
+ Update government assets/stocks (UTCs) with asset location changes immediately.
+ Monitor purchasing, inventory control system and property records to ensure they accurately reflect inventory transactions, movement and relief of stewardship.
+ Perform quality control checks of purchasing and assets/stocks (UTCs) records to ensure required data fields are accurate and complete and that supporting documentation has been recorded and uploaded into applicable GIS and Amentum Data Bases (MAXIMO).
+ Participate in risk assessments and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
+ Prepare reports for Division management and Government customers.
+ Prepare all requests for issues and associated transfers of government directed assets/stocks (UTCs) accordance with governing regulations.
+ Use varied approaches to resolve or collaborate on project or program issues.
+ Participate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
+ Ensure employee safety training and education.
+ Provide the leadership, vision, and resources needed for an effective safety and health program.
+ Performs other qualified duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Associated degree in a related field preferred
+ Ten (10) years of experience in USAF Supply
+ USAF Supply knowledge and experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of; property accounting, stock and inventory control, accountability and responsibility, principles of property accounting through manual or ADP, storage methods, warehouse control, materiel handling techniques, methods of preparing and maintaining supply records.
+ Knowledge working in ILS-S and ELMS
+ Skills with manual and automated supply accounting systems, logistics principles and interactions
+ Knowledge of the computer systems necessary to perform the function and how the Supply Center and Warehouse operates.
+ Knowledge of Bill of Materials, researching nouns, researching supply sources, processing, and interpreting computer status inquiries, distributing, filing and quality control of accountable listings/documents, and receiving and storing material using client warehousing procedures.
+ Ability to interpret technical data and direct small teams.
+ Must be able to speak, read and write English.
+ Must have authorization to work in host country.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
