As a Sr Adv Product Mfg Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving the manufacturing processes and ensuring the production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules

+ Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production

+ Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including process flow, work instructions, and quality control measures

+ Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process, working closely with crossfunctional teams to implement effective solutions

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality

+ Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards

+ Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering.

+ 6+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.

+ Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools and software.

+ Experience with data analysis and process optimization techniques.
