Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the VP, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the CISO to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level audiences.
+ Organize and support leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
+ Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
+ Serve as a liaison between the CISO and internal/external stakeholders.
+ Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
+ Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking.
+ Support onboarding and coordination for team members and contractors.
+ Maintain awareness of cybersecurity and compliance priorities to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional supporting senior leadership.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
+ Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
+ Interest or familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and emerging technologies is a plus.
+ Comfort using AI-powered productivity tools for scheduling, document preparation, and data organization is highly desirable.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 105,400 - 157,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
