Role Overview:
The Global Integrated Physical Security Systems Manager will be a pivotal leader responsible for the strategic design, integration, and performance of Intuit’s global physical security systems. This leader will ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of systems that underpin the company’s global safety posture.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and technically adept professional who can bridge business needs with physical security systems, optimizing technology to enable safe, connected, and compliant global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership: Develop and implement a holistic security strategy that aligns with business objectives and proactively addresses future risks.
Threat intelligence analysis: Monitor open-source intelligence, social media, and other sources to identify and analyze physical and cyber threats.
Physical security system management: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of physical security technology, such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
Incident response: Lead or support incident response efforts for physical security breaches and conduct investigations.
Risk assessment: Conduct risk-based intelligence assessments and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Security Management, Emergency Management, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
+ Experience in both physical and information security, especially in roles with a focus on corporate, military, law enforcement or governmental intelligence.
+ 5+ years experience managing and integrating complex global physical security systems across a corporate or enterprise environment.
Core Competencies
+ Deep technical knowledge of physical security technologies: access control, video management, intrusion detection, and incident/case management.
+ Experience with cloud-based and hybrid physical security systems.
+ Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and data-integration principles.
+ Familiarity with network frameworks, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
+ Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Strategic problem-solver able to translate business objectives into technology-driven security outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM).
+ Experience with global standardization initiatives and regulatory frameworks.
+ Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
+ Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
+ Experience working with global law-enforcement or intelligence-sharing networks (OSAC, DSAC, InfraGard).

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View, CA $182,000-$246,000
Plano, TX $145,500- $197,000
