    The Senior Vice President - Operations Manager’s main focus is to coordinate and oversee project execution and staff. They are partners with the Account Managers in the execution of the work. They are a positive influence, a catalyst for change, communication, support, and a trusted advisor to all employees at all levels. They inspire the growth and development of field operations teams. They are responsible for ensuring that all procedures, methods, labor management, and staffing are implemented consistently with the objectives of the company.

    SVP of Operations Required Qualifications:

    + 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing multiple teams and senior managers, including workforce planning and personnel decisions.

    + 10+ years of experience with P&L ownership and budget accountability for projects or sub-departments.

    + 10+ years of experience with end-to-end project execution and resource planning experience (scheduling, mobilization, procurement, staffing).

    + 10+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiation, and risk management with prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.

    + 10+ years of experience with safety leadership applying EHS metrics and site-level interventions to drive safety performance.

    + Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experience.
