**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Carpenter Laborers** for projects located in the **Vancouver, WA area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **based on experience and skill level** . Job Scope:

+ Measure, prepare & install a variety of residential and commercial flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet

+ Prepare subfloors

+ Remove existing flooring

+ Cut materials to fit around obstacles

+ Apply adhesives

+ Set materials as needed

+ Surface preparation, layout, alignment, and finish work

+ Operating hand and power tools safely

+ Maintaining clean and organized work areas
