Position Summary
The **Project Manager, Cobrand Product** is a key member of the Cobrand Product team responsible for the portfolio of Marriott Bonvoy credit card landing pages. This role ensures the timely delivery of new pages, and content updates by coordinating with cross functional teams including design, development, QA and cobrand business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
+ Manage the end-to-end execution of new landing pages and content update projects for credit card landing pages.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, QA and cobrand business stakeholders) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
+ Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and proactively identify and resolve blockers.
+ Manage other cobrand products as needed.
Content & Design Coordination
+ Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of new landing pages and content refresh initiatives.
+ Ensure all content and designs meet cobrand design guidelines, accessibility standards, and legal/compliance requirements.
+ Partner with design teams to manage creative asset development and approvals.
+ Maintain documentation of page components, templates, and update history.
Communication & Collaboration
+ Serve as the primary liaison between the cobrand business stakeholders and the Cobrand Product team for responsible projects.
+ Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
+ Collaborate with product owners to align project execution with strategic priorities.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
+ Support QA efforts to ensure accurate implementation of content and design updates as well as analytics tracking.
+ Monitor page performance post launch and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in digital content management, digital project coordination, or related roles.
+ Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Adobe Workfront.
+ Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
+ Experience working with content in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, Japanese, Korean or Arabic
+ Experience working with financial services or regulated industries.
+ Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
+ Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and SEO best practices.
+ Experience working in AGILE environments, using JIRA, Confluence and Adobe Workfront.
