Job Summary and Qualifications
+ As the Vice President of Women’s and Children’s Services, you will provide strategic leadership for HCA North Texas Division’s Women and Children’s service line operations, including the implementation of business plans that support the continued growth and success of the Division.
+ You will provide operational oversight to ensure the financial viability of initiatives.
+ You will establish and lead a cohesive governance structure that supports the hospitals and physicians.
+ You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including department leaders within the service line at the hospital and clinic level.
+ You will design, plan and implement programs that balance the interest of the hospitals within the division.
+ As a key leader, you will represent HCA North Texas Division to both internal and external customers.
+ As the Vice President of Women’s and Children’s Services, you will be responsible for communicating with physicians, staff development and retention, developing strategic plans, creating a vision for the respective service line, overseeing budgets, communicating with regulatory agencies, providing proposals for business development, coordinating marketing efforts for the and providing operational guidance and spreading best practices.

What qualifications you will need:
Education and Experience:
+ More than 7 years related experience required.
+ Administrative services and/or program development experience preferred.
+ Bachelor’s Degree required.
+ Master’s in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
