In this role, you will assist the manufacturing supervisor by creating work instructions for wire assembly. A prior background in wire assembly and understanding how these components connect and are assembled is crucial.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in creating detailed work instructions for wire assembly.
+ Collaborate with the manufacturing supervisor to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes.
+ Utilize your knowledge of wire components to improve assembly techniques.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
+ Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience with lean manufacturing practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with wires and/or cables.
+ Experience in developing and implementing work instructions.
Work Environment
This position is on-site, offering a hands-on experience in a great brand new facility. The environment is known for its welcoming and vibrant culture. The role is contract-based, expected to last until the end of February.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
