Medical Assistant – Entry-Level Candidates Welcome!

What You’ll Do

+ Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly, professional attitude

+ Confirm and schedule appointments across our dental and medical clinics

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and vendors

+ Perform accurate data entry and update patient records

+ Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, coworkers, and vendors

What We’re Looking For

+ Fluent in Spanish (required)

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with electronic health records (a plus!)

+ Previous experience in healthcare or call center is helpful but not required

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
