We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and audit to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. This contract-to-permanent position will focus on implementing and managing control remediation projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of remediation tasks related to cybersecurity and SOX controls.

• Manage control implementation projects, including both new initiatives and updates to existing frameworks.

• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to ensure seamless project coordination.

• Utilize tools such as Jira and ServiceNow to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.

• Develop structured processes to address audit findings and compliance gaps.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive project success.

• Push through obstacles with persistence and maintain momentum in challenging situations.

• Provide hands-on support for project execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.

• Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in cybersecurity, compliance, or audit-related fields.

• Strong background in remediation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to work in unstructured environments and develop processes from the ground up.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to coordinate across teams.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT audit practices.

• Experience in infrastructure and security project management is highly desirable.
