• Senior Financial Analyst

    Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Mountain View, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain monthly financial presentations, board materials, and forecast packages.

    • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all financial reporting tools and systems, such as NetSuite and Pigment.

    • Conduct monthly reconciliations between internal tools and reporting systems, validating data and resolving discrepancies.

    • Analyze financial variances, investigate anomalies, and ensure all reports align with organizational goals.

    • Prepare and refine board presentation decks, particularly during critical reporting periods.

    • Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure month-end reviews and roll-ups are completed accurately.

    • Provide guidance and oversight to less experienced team members, reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback.

    • Coordinate daily communications with international teams, ensuring timely updates and addressing reporting needs.

    • Review and direct updates to financial decks prepared by global teams to ensure precision and alignment. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling.

    • Strong proficiency in data mining techniques and tools.

    • Expertise in preparing board presentations and executive-level reports.

    • Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite and Pigment, or similar financial reporting systems.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex data sets.

    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and time zones.

    • Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
