    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our client in Spanish Springs, Nevada. This Contract-to-permanent position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in customer service, and demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities. The role involves managing dispatch operations and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams. This is a part time position at 30 hours per week paying $21/hr

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage dispatch operations to ensure efficient coordination of logistics.

    • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Handle inbound calls and manage a multi-line phone system effectively.

    • Maintain accurate records and perform filing duties to support operational needs.

    • Coordinate schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery of services.

    • Communicate with team members to relay important updates and instructions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in customer service

    • Strong customer service skills, particularly in call center or dispatch environments.

    • Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems.

    • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and handle inbound calls effectively.

    • Excellent organizational and filing skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
