Description

We are looking for an experienced Applications Architect to shape the future of technology solutions for our client in Western, NY (Rochester-Buffalo). In this role, you will design innovative, scalable, and efficient systems that align with enterprise objectives while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical strategies. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of technology initiatives that meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement application architecture strategies that align with enterprise-wide objectives.

• Collaborate with business, technology, and cybersecurity teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Design and document innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

• Lead the evaluation and integration of Microsoft 365 and Salesforce environments into the organization’s technology stack.

• Ensure that all technology solutions adhere to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Partner with external vendors and strategic partners to deliver high-performance applications.

• Oversee the lifecycle management of applications, including upgrades, optimization, and retirement.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Analyze and improve existing enterprise resource planning systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Research emerging technologies to recommend strategies for future innovation and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application architecture or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and IT strategy.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce environments.

• Familiarity with application management and lifecycle processes.

• Expertise in banking services and regulatory compliance within the financial industry.

• Proven ability to design scalable and reliable solutions for complex systems.

• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and their optimization.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both internal teams and external partners.
