    MS Office Suite Requirements • Proven experience in managing multi-line phone systems, with the ability to handle 10-30 lines efficiently.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
