Description We are looking for a dedicated Vehicle Control Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role focuses on resolving overdue rental agreements and ensuring vehicle status updates are accurately documented. As a Contract to permanent position, it offers the opportunity for long-term growth and development for candidates who excel in problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of overdue rental agreements, ensuring timely resolutions through proactive follow-up.

• Record vehicle statuses, customer interactions, and resolution details in internal systems with high accuracy.

• Escalate unresolved accounts for further action while ensuring all required documentation is completed.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support resolution efforts effectively.

• Handle inquiries and assist with special projects as assigned.

• Utilize investigative techniques to identify solutions for overdue accounts.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the resolution process.

• Adapt quickly to new systems and tools to optimize workflow efficiency. Requirements • At least one year of experience in collections, customer service, contract compliance, or a call center environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with call center metrics and consumer lending practices is an advantage.
