    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and manage the Internet Sales team

    + Oversee all online leads and ensure quick, effective follow-up

    + Develop strategies to increase digital sales and customer engagement

    + Work closely with the sales and BDC teams to ensure a seamless process

    + Monitor performance metrics and drive department growth

    + Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous Internet/BDC/Automotive sales management experience strongly preferred

    + Strong leadership and coaching abilities

    + Excellent phone, email, and text communication skills

    + Ability to manage CRM tools and digital lead sources

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    + Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
