    Who We’re Looking For

     

    Toyota’s Experience Center is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Customer Assistance Functional Strategy Sr. Analyst.

     

    Reporting to the Functional Strategy Manager, the Sr. Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for promoting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

     

    In addition, the Senior Analyst will act as a primary point of contact for subject matter issues and be expected to support activities that deliver desired business outcomes and drive TFS strategy. Activities include analyzing, developing, and improving processes and procedures across the business to drive performance, operational effectiveness, and ensure operational compliance, as well as preparing, analyzing, and interpreting materials to facilitate best practices for process development and improvement.

    What you’ll be doing

    + Assist strategy leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives for the respective subfunction

    + Lead and develop 1-2 analysts in the development of reviews, data gathering, monitoring, reporting of findings and post-analysis validation as necessary

    + Lead analysts in supporting the development and implementation of strategic roadmaps and process improvements that align with and drive strategic opportunities and planned initiatives.

    + Provide subject-matter expertise and business insight in relevant processes and solutions in alignment with TFS/LFS/Private Label, and service operations business strategies.

    + Lead and/or support major projects & initiatives that drive desired business outcomes to advance TFS/LFS/Private Label strategies by effectively collaborating with leaders across the organization.

    + Ensure any changes are vetted, understood, and operationalized/implemented by the business, and conduct post-implementation validation to ensure changes are incorporated effectively.

    + Identify gaps in relevant processes and consult with stakeholders on solutions and remediations.

    + Support function growth through various opportunities, creating capacity/efficiencies for relevant lines of business with a focus on automation and supporting technology initiatives.

    + Research financial services industry and identify leading solutions and connect with industry peers to benchmark on best practices and new technology.

    What you bring

    + Bachelor’s degree (or higher), or equivalent professional work experience.

    + Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external customers.

    + Manage business requirement gathering successfully to meet deadlines, provide clear deliverables (i.e., the definition of done) to the development team.

    + Work collaboratively with other team members

    + Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

    + Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

    Added bonus if you have

    + Possess financial services expertise in auto, marine, and/or recreational mobility industries to provide subject matter expertise on all brands and service operations business strategies.

    + Well versed in marine financing procedures, including but not limited to marine documentation services, marine recovery protocols, marine finance software, and others.

    + Thorough understanding of new and emerging trends, practices, and technologies relevant to servicing across all industries with a focus on Financial Services within the Auto, Marine, and Recreational Mobility industries.

    + Ability to inform the architectural framework of any new mobility partnership and implement strategic priorities to enable a customer-centric servicing model inclusive of self-service, agent-assisted, and back-end processes.

    + Experience with data analysis using Excel or other preferred analytic tools.
