    Position Summary

    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective communication. This role focuses on selling products or services via phone, email, and virtual meetings, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls.

    + Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and maintain a high level of activity to meet sales targets.

    + Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.

    + Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

    + Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress accurately.

    + Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and share insights.

    + Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    + Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience.

    + Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    + Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

     

    Additional informationCompetitive Salary - Pay is determined based on skills, geographic location, internal equity, market/data analysis, number of years of prior relevant experience, degrees and/or certifications, technical assessment score, etc. Benefits: Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.Sick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
