RGP is hiring a SEC Financial Reporting Analyst to take ownership of critical SEC reporting and accounting activities. If you have practical experience preparing public filings and a solid grasp of financial reporting standards, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Join us in a hybrid environment, spending 3 days onsite in Issaquah, WA to connect and work closely with the team!

+ Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases (e. . , Q2 earnings), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

+ Support external audit processes by coordinating audit activities, preparing documentation, and addressing inquiries.

+ Participate in benefit plan audits and ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements.

+ Perform day-to-day accounting and financial reporting tasks to support smooth departmental operations and maintain high-quality financial records.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in public company reporting.

+ Hands-on SEC reporting experience is required.

+ CPA designation preferred but not required; role does not involve highly technical accounting responsibilities.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $75-85/hr. (DOE)
