Job Description

Key Responsibilities
+ Provide person-centered, respectful care and support based on individual goals and preferences.
+ Assist with daily living tasks, including hygiene, dressing, meals, medications, and mobility.
+ Promote choice, inclusion, and community involvement.
+ Transport individuals to activities, events, and appointments.
+ Support and celebrate milestones, birthdays, and holidays with the individuals you serve.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans and safety protocols.

Requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ At least 2 years of verifiable experience supporting vulnerable populations preferred.
+ Valid Minnesota driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
+ Must pass a DHS background study.
+ CPR/First Aid Certification (we offer paid training if needed).
+ Physical ability to lift and transfer at least 60 pounds occasionally.
+ Must have basic computer skills.
