About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Bar Manager** to lead the daily operations of our upscale bar and dining room within a **luxury, service-focused establishment** . + ✅ **Lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff** to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences.

+ ✅ Develop schedules, manage staff performance, and foster a **positive, professional team culture** .

+ ✅ Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and alcohol service regulations** .

+ ✅ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to **high-end dining standards** .

+ ✅ Curate and maintain a **premium beverage program** featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits.

+ ✅ Manage **inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships** for product consistency and cost control.

+ ✅ Track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage **budget forecasts** .

Qualifications

+ **3–5 years of management experience** in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment.
