The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
+ One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Details:
Mostly direct minutes just due to the student demographic (autism)
* would benefit from having strong sensory and adaptive background
*previous OT is leaving goals and data sheets and reference sheets of implemented strategies for candidate as well.
*would have a Lead OT to ask questions to/collaborate with
Start Date/Assignment Length:
(could start sooner to train with OT that's leaving) March 10th, 2026 - September 6th, 2026
*excludes summer school, and are open to the contractor just finishing out the spring semester with them so they can find a new opportunity at the beginning of the year if it's not with them
Start/End Time:
between a 7:30-8am start each day and a 3pm finish
