    Schedule: D e pends on business needs

    Position Summary:

    + You will provide leadership and management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure site compliance with Safety.

    + Daily planning, & Safety meetings

    + Directing work flow, and addressing issues that may arise.

    + Management experience is a plus

    What's Required:

    + 5 or more years of Supervisory experience

    + Ability to Supervise 20 employees

    + Microsoft Office knowledge is a must

    + Ability to work in fast paced outdoor environment

    + A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn

    + High School Diploma/GED or Ability

    + Safety first mentality

    + Valid state Driver's license

    Areas of Responsibility:

    + Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures

    + Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, included but not limited to hire, fire, promotions or other changes in employee status

    + Continually seek and document methods for improvement in the quality of the services being provided and the efficiency in which those services are conducted

    + Setting and monitoring specific developmental and performance goals for associates
