Purpose
Manage and optimize the company’s business processes through automation platforms and other related R&D systems. Drive process improvement initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams and consultants, and ensure the system(s) meet evolving business needs.
Essential Functions
+ System Leadership & Optimization
+ Lead the overall management and strategy of the business process management (BPM) project
+ Proactively work toward system improvement as an efficiency enabler across the network
+ Organize and facilitate workshops with cross-functional departments to identify pain points and ensure processes are streamlined, effective, and aligned with business objectives
+ Lead and coordinate the BPM Ambassador Program to promote system adoption and continuous improvement
+ Develop, maintain, and update user training documentation and the centralized Training Page to support onboarding and ongoing education
+ Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
+ Serve as the primary point of contact with external consultants
+ Participate in weekly consultant meetings to review progress, submit change requests, report end-user issues, and ensure timely and accurate implementation of system updates
+ Validate fixes and enhancements before rollout and communicate changes clearly to stakeholders
+ Change Management & Support
+ Own and manage the change request backlog in issue and project tracking software, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with stakeholders
+ Provide general end-user support to ensure smooth daily operations of the BPM system
+ Business Support
+ Support the business in additional initiatives related to process optimization, digital transformation, or other strategic projects as needed
+ Support expanded initiatives related to additional assigned R&D systems or processes
+ Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration, or 4-5 years of equivalent work experience
+ Experience with BPM software, such as Appian, preferred
+ Experience in the food or beverage industry preferred
+ Experience working with third-party consultants and managing vendor relationships desired
+ Strong project management skills
+ Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and cross-functional meetings
+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Familiarity with creating and maintaining user documentation and training materials
+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Ability to lead through influence
+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
+ Self-motivated with a passion for streamlining operations and delivering impactful solutions
