Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field OR Comparable years of experience

4+ years of leadership experience in Plant or Operations Management

Demonstrated success leading a team Experience in the oil and gas equipment industry

Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods, and Lean principles
