    Job Description

    A large Medical Device company is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join their Commercial Operations and Enabling Technology team. This individual will support compliance monitoring and technology enablement initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring guardrails for compliance by monitoring product and contract activities, managing retrievals and returns of medical devices, and coordinating asset deployments. The candidate will work closely with sales representatives and marketing teams to ensure field sales have the tools and resources they need. Additionally, the role involves leveraging Power BI dashboards to track device status, returns, and contract compliance, as well as troubleshooting and making minor updates to dashboards when needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders and customers are essential.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelors Degree

    - Experience with Power BI - ability to utilize dashboards for tracking and reporting

    - 3-5 years working experience - monitoring contracts, verifying billing plans, ensuring PO accuracy, coordinating asset management, etc. - Excel savvy
