Job Description
Experience Mechanical Engineer needed to determine rack-level product requirements for OHD Roadmap and establish / execute corresponding rack roadmap / strategy. Responsible to lead technical development of rack level products and eco-system, focused on product concept and architecture development, system design, physical implementation, third party product integration, and interfacing with internal and external technical partners.

+ **Required** : Must be based locally and willing to commute to the **Burlington,** **Massachusetts** campus. (Hybrid)
+ Collaborate closely with the System Architects, System Leads, Hardware Engineers,s and various data center OPs teams
+ Manage a mechanical development project from concept to release.
+ Be agile and comfortable with changing project requirements and scope with tight schedules
+ The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment where rapid turnaround is crucial to success.
Skills Required and Preferred:
+ **Required** : Experience with either rack servers, compute storage, PCIe devices.
+ **Required** : 3D CAD modelers. CREO preferred. Ability to run FEA simulations using CREO Simulation.
+ **Required** : In-deep understanding of designing parts with sheet metal, injection molded plastic and die casting.
+ **Required** : Understanding of strength and materials.
+ Preferred: In-depth understanding of various Quality Assurance testing for example: shock and vibration and environmental tests
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively report and drive bug resolution to closure.
+ Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies and groups.
+ Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
