    Oracle is committed to achieving its sustainability goals and ensuring accurate, compliant reporting. Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office is seeking a **versatile and strategic Principal Program Manager** to drive sustainability initiatives and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have experience in data center water conservation and waste minimization, with the ability to **set holistic strategy while executing tactical priorities** . This role will be critical in aligning cross-functional teams, improving data governance, and ensuring high-quality sustainability reporting.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    + Partner with diverse teams to develop and refine processes for measuring, reporting, and improving key sustainability indicators, especially for **water use, water risk, and material flows** .

    + Lead program initiatives to drive **waste minimization and efficient resource use** **across** operations.

    + Guide readiness for evolving sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity, auditability, and efficient response to both voluntary and regulatory disclosure frameworks.

    + Identify and analyze risks and opportunities in water and materials management, surfacing actionable insights to inform business strategy.

    + Analyze sustainability-related data to identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and define relevant targets.

    + Support or manage cross-company engagement and training programs to build awareness and drive adoption of sustainability best practices.

    + Interface as needed with customers and partners on key environmental topics, ensuring Oracle’s programs meet or anticipate stakeholder expectations.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Extensive program management experience in sustainability, compliance, or ESG-related roles.

    + Demonstrated expertise in **water stewardship, resource conservation, waste management, or circular economy** **.**

    + Familiarity with water risk assessment, zero-waste, or circularity/circular procurement concepts.

    + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills at all levels, including executive leadership.

    + Comfort in ambiguity and learning unfamiliar domains to frame problems and drive execution.

    + Proven ability to develop and execute policy, targets, and reporting for water, circularity, and other environmental metrics.

    + Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging data-driven prioritization and decision-making.

    + Experience aligning sustainability initiatives with business strategy and customer needs.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Background in data center operations and sustainability is a plus.

    + Experience using relevant enterprise sustainability software tools (e.g., EPM, Watershed, Aqueduct, Waterplan, Workiva, SAP Sustainability Control Tower, etc.).

    + Ability to lead organizational change and streamline complex processes in a dynamic business environment.

    + Understanding of major environmental data and reporting standards (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, GHGP, TCFD).

    + Familiarity with Oracle Fusion cloud applications, specifically Enterprise Performance Manager (EPM), Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM Applications.

    US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

     

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

     

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
