Our products support applications from radar and space to electronic warfare and UAV systems. If you’re ready to bring your technical expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as a Test Technician on our Swing Shift.

    What you’ll do

    + Tune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components and assemblies

    + Work with frequencies from 500 MHz to 26 GHz (and up to 50 GHz for special products)

    + Use advanced test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters

    + Perform hands-on work under a microscope using specialized tools and probes

    + Operate ball bonders, soldering irons, and gap welders as needed

    + Collaborate with engineers on new product releases and troubleshooting

    + Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure quality

    + Maintain accurate test records and recommend improvements

    What you need

    + Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (required)

    + Proficiency with microwave test equipment and diagnostic tools (required)

    + Completion of AC/DC theory and basic electronics coursework (required)

    + Excellent understanding of electronic theory (required)

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience (required)

    + Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (required)

    + U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)

    Salary Range:

    $49,300.00-$65,700.000
