    In partnership with the Program Director, the Lead Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership support assisting with the training and supervision of bachelor’s level employees.

     

    The Lead Clinical Supervisor will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and supporting effective implementation of all in-home and outpatient treatment. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines. The Lead Clinical Supervisor will carry their own caseload and work under the guidance of the Program Director.

    Qualifications:

    + Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related human services field

    + LMHC or LICSW license in Rhode Island

    + Experience supporting the supervision of bachelor's level employees required

    + Experience training new staff

    + Experience working with children, youth and adolescents providing direct treatment services required

    + Experience working in-home with children, youth, adolescents, and families preferred

    + Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

    + Previous outpatient experience

    + Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

    Compensation:

    + Full-time: Salary
