    Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator (Dallas) to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator (Dallas), you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the daily functions of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facilities Coordinator (Dallas)

    **Location:** Dallas, Texas (on-site)

     

    Pay Range: $34/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Receive and process mail and internal deliveries efficiently.

    + Act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors to resolve specialized issues promptly.

    + Ensure safety standards are consistently followed throughout the facility.

    + Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed to support daily operations.

    + Receive and enter work order requests, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for creating and maintaining reports and logs.

    + Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

    + Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Experience in handling office maintenance, safety protocols, and vendor coordination is preferred.
