Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Compliance department supporting vehicle registration, permitting, and ongoing compliance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Manage vehicle registration and autonomous vehicle permitting activities across various jurisdictions, including initial applications, renewals, modifications, and decommissioning.
+ Coordinate with Manufacturing and Operations teams to gather necessary documentation such as VIN verifications, Manufacturers Certificates of Origin (MCO), and vehicle inspections.
+ Process and track permit applications and renewals with agencies like the California Public Utilities Commission and Nevada Transportation Authority.
+ Maintain accurate records of vehicle identification, registration status, and permit requirements to ensure compliance and readiness for deployment.
+ Support internal audits, external inquiries, and regulatory inspections by maintaining comprehensive documentation and traceability of filings.
What's Needed?
+ At least 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, permitting, fleet management, or related fields.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed, repeatable processes efficiently.
+ Excellent attention to detail and capability to handle high-volume workflows with multiple deadlines.
+ Clear written communication skills and experience working collaboratively across teams.
+ A proactive, ownership-oriented approach with a willingness to learn about AV-specific regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
