    Manager is ok with a person with experience as a Jr Associate with content managment, user experience and website development,

     

    **Please note that some weeks will not be a full 40. Most weeks will be 25 to 30 hours a week.

     

    We are seeking assistance for our CPD Customer Experience team to work with the content management system Salsify in order to create content for our CPD products that will be published on retailer websites.

     

    We are looking to **manage approximately 900 SKUs** , and it typically takes about 20 minutes to complete the content for each SKU. The job will require collaboration with marketing teams to receive their briefs and visuals, and then create content for the retailers' PDPs in Salsify.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage product content using Salsify, ensuring accurate, engaging, and consistent information is published for all SKUs.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to gather briefs, visuals, and product information, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.

    • Time spend: Complete content creation tasks efficiently, with an average of 20 minutes per SKU, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

    • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer experience teams, to ensure smooth content workflows and adherence to timelines.
