Medical Supply Manufacturer – Longmont, CO
**Pay:** $22.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4×10s)
**Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
A leading medical supply manufacturer in Longmont, CO is hiring a **Manufacturing Technician** to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants long-term stability, and is looking for a schedule that gives you **three-day weekends every week** .
What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll support daily manufacturing operations that produce critical medical products. You’ll work closely with engineers, production leads, and quality teams while receiving thorough training and hands-on experience. Responsibilities include:
+ Performing assembly, subassembly, and basic manufacturing tasks
+ Using hand tools to build, repair, or adjust components (minimum 2 years’ experience required)
+ Assisting with setup, calibration, and operational tasks under engineer guidance
+ Following written work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
+ Performing rework and quality checks to ensure product accuracy
+ Collecting and recording basic operational data
+ Supporting production experiments or process improvements when needed
+ Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
+ Solid experience using hand tools in any capacity (manufacturing, construction, assembly, hobby work, etc.)
+ Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
+ Willingness to learn and grow—this is an entry-level manufacturing technician role
+ Comfortable working on your feet and doing hands-on tasks
+ Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
