    Production Associate

    **Pay:** $21/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Overtime Required)

    Position Overview:

    As a **Production Associate** , you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves labeling, packaging, cleaning, and supporting various production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Safety & Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and adhere to company policies including SQF, QA, GMPs, and other regulatory standards.

    + **Production Accuracy:** Read and interpret batch sheets and related production paperwork to ensure correct labeling, packaging, and product specifications.

    + **Quality Assurance:** Maintain knowledge of customer requirements, labels, containers, pack sizes, and fill weights to guarantee product consistency.

    + **Cleanliness & Organization:** Keep work areas clean and safe; sanitize tools/equipment and return them to proper storage for reuse.

    + **Team Support:** Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

    Willingness to work overtime as needed
