Accounts Payable Specialist – Contract Opportunity

**Location:** San Antonio, TX

**Duration:** December 15, 2025 – March 2026

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Onsite, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

**Pay:** $22/hour

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our team on a short-term contract. If you have **at least 2 years of AP experience** and can handle **high-volume invoice processing (100–200 per day)** , this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

+ Research vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Collaborate across all levels of the organization

+ Manage priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

+ Quality check scanned invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness

+ Perform other basic clerical duties related to an accounting department

What We’re Looking For:

+ **Mandatory:** 2+ years of AP experience (high-volume preferred)

+ Familiarity with general ledger coding

+ Beginner-level Excel skills

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Team player who adapts quickly

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Workday experience

+ Adobe software knowledge
