Our client, a leading organization in the biotech manufacturing industry, is seeking a Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production of high-quality oligonucleotides used in genetic research, disease diagnosis, and food safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Formulation Technician

**Location:** Pleasanton, California

**Pay Range:** $25.45

**Shift:** Mon-Fri, 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

+ Follow established protocols and SOPs to manufacture custom oligonucleotides for the biotech industry.

+ Operate semi-automated and automated laboratory equipment efficiently.

+ Evaluate test results, identify issues, and make informed decisions to ensure product quality.

+ Complete documentation accurately, including batch records and data verification.

+ Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and improve manufacturing processes.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field is preferred.

+ At least 1 year of laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Strong digital literacy, including familiarity with Excel and Word.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ Capable of working safely with chemicals and hazardous materials, with flexibility to work outside regular hours if needed.
