As a **Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver** in **Lahaina, HI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Interact with residents, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.

+ Collaborate with local emergency services and/or site management as required during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
