    Position: Substitute Food Service WorkerLocation: Newton Community School District Substitute Hourly Wage: $15/hourJob Description: See attached *Hired applicants must be able to pass both the DCI criminal history background check and the prework physical requirements.QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Demonstrates aptitude for successful performance of tasks.

    + Able to physically work in a standing position for prolonged periods and walk much of the time during the day; work in warm surroundings.

    + Have manual dexterity to handle knives and other kitchen equipment.

    + Able to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

    + Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board Designee may find appropriate and acceptable.

    + Ability to follow policies and practices.
