Job Title: Swiss Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Swiss Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves setting up and operating Swiss machines, understanding and interpreting blueprints, and performing advanced CNC operations according to prints. You will work closely with Production Leadership to produce quality parts and meet production metrics, using Mitsubishi machine controls.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate Swiss machines.
+ Understand and interpret blueprints for accurate machining.
+ Perform advanced CNC operations according to prints.
+ Collaborate with Production Leadership to ensure quality parts and meet production metrics.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of Swiss Machining experience.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Experience with machine setup.
+ High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of CNC, Swiss Machine operations, and CNC Swiss Machinist skills.
+ Familiarity with CNC setup and blueprint reading.

Work Environment
Work in a well-lit and organized machining manufacturing environment, including CNC Mills and Swiss Machines, with a small assembly area. Our facility manufactures actuators, fasteners, and various products for the aerospace and factory solutions industries. The position is for the 3rd shift, from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, with a $3/hour shift premium. Training occurs on the 2nd shift, with potential accommodations for 1st shift training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
