HVAC Service Technicians

We’re looking for Commercial HVAC Service Technicians who love helping people and solving problems. You’ll be customer facing out in commercial environments.

Your Mission

+ Diagnose and fix HVAC issues

+ Perform routine service and preventative maintenance.

+ Install and upgrade components with care and precision.

+ Explain repairs and options in plain language.

+ Follow safety codes and document your work.

Your Toolkit

+ Proven HVAC experience in residential homes.

+ EPA certification and strong mechanical skills.

+ Independence, reliability, and great customer service.

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Plus To Have

+ Smart thermostat and mini-split experience

+ NATE certification

What to Expect

+ In-home service calls with real people

+ Fast-paced, hands-on work

+ Occasional emergency or after-hours calls

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale Heights, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
