General Requirements:

Associates degree in related field. Three years related experience or experience in a related field. One year of experience in credentialing, affiliation agreements, and/or a related area preferred. Certifications may be required. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:

Performs advanced specialist duties for the School of Nursing. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and supports the onboarding and credentialing of nursing faculty, staff, and students.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):

Performs advanced specialist duties for the School of Nursing. Develops and maintains affiliation agreements between university, clinical, and healthcare organizations. Assists with the credentialing process, including records, clinical partner requirements, licensure, and certifications that meet the compliance of state, federal, and organization standards. Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the credentialing and affiliation agreement process. Facilitates affiliation agreements and assists with the nursing credentialing processes. Supports other team functions, as necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned.
