About the Role

Join our team as a **Machine Operator** and take the first step into a rewarding manufacturing career. This entry-level position involves operating machines and performing repetitive tasks with clear, straightforward procedures. Full training will be provided. Expect frequent handling of moderate to heavy materials and extended periods of standing or walking.

Key Responsibilities

+ Interpret part numbers accurately.

+ Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety standards.

+ Meet production goals for new operators.

+ Identify different subcomponent sizes, finishes, and compounds.

+ Load and unload parts using material handling tools and equipment.

+ Inspect components for correct materials, dimensions, and finishes.

+ Complete computer transactions accurately and on time.

+ Coordinate deliveries to keep production on schedule.

+ Maintain attendance and adhere to company work policies.

+ Perform tasks within physical and environmental job requirements.

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Ability to operate machines and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

+ Skilled in using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.

+ No formal trade certification required—training provided for specialized equipment.
